Diagnostic
– Diagnose what repairs are required and provide an estimate for those

Remove all spyware, adware, viruses, and trojans. We guarantee that we
will eliminate the symptoms that the customer identifies on the work
order and that the computer will remain free of viruses for 90 days. As
part of the process we will either install Bit Defender virus/Spyware
removal (Requires removal of all other Anti-virus software. Price of bit
Defender included) or update the customer’s existing antivirus and
install Windows Defender anti-spyware. PC Assist reserves the right to
determine which products are acceptable. |

Data Migration
– Transfer data identified by customer from one computer to another.
Examples: My documents, music files, pictures, Quicken or QuickBooks
files. Software such as Quicken, Microsoft Word and Excel, etc. cannot
